Our future Hawkeye fan...

Our little guy or gal was very blessed this Christmas with some wonderful gifts. Megan and Luke gave the very first Iowa Hawkeye winter hat and onesies. They will be perfect for next fall as we route on the Hawkeye football team to another great season! Shea is currently searching for Wisconsin Badger onesies to balance it out a bit! We also received a fleece tie blanket and Baby Bargains book from my sister Courtney. Baby Bargains has been a great help in planning for the arrival of our little one!

Giving blogging a try...

As March quickly approaches, we thought we would start sharing the progress happening around here to get ready for Baby Mueske! Just before Thanksgiving, Shea took a day to paint the nursery. We went with neutral colors in hopes of adding more color with the baby bedding and decor. My uncle Rick came up to help us (really just did it himself:)) put up chair rail to separate the two-toned walls. Shea did a great job sanding and staining the chair rail beforehand!
